Tour Details

The Isle of Arran is the perfect destination for a walking holiday in Scotland. The Isle of Arran is just off the west coast of Scotland and is easily reached from Glasgow’s airports by train and then a short ferry ride to the Island.

The Isle of Arran is known by many as Scotland in Miniature.  This is because it is divided into “Highland” and “Lowland” areas by the Highland Boundary Fault which runs northeast to south west across Scotland. It also has just a vast amount of stunning scenery for you to enjoy while on your walking holiday on Arran.

Your base for your short break walking holiday is the town of Brodick. From here you have a choice of multiple walks on top of the itinerary we have available below. This means you can either use the public transport to do some walks on Arran or just do walks based from Brodick. There is even the opportunity to hike up Arran’s highest peak; Goat fell.
